What we collect
Depending on how you use the site, privacy-friendly site analytics, technical hosting logs, email signup information, and the content of emails you send us may be processed. We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal health data through this website.
Calm Tech Finder answers are processed in your browser. They are not added to the email marketing list. If you request the buying brief, the signup request contains your email address and a general source/result identifier so we can understand which signup form was used.
Site analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate page visits and site usage without using analytics cookies or creating individual visitor profiles. Affiliate-click logs contain the Calm Tech Guide page, merchant, product identifier, and button placement; they do not contain names or Finder health-related answers.
Affiliate links
When approved merchant tracking links are available, outbound commercial clicks may include merchant, product, and placement identifiers for performance measurement. Those identifiers are not used to build personal health profiles.
Data retention
Subscriber email data is kept while you remain subscribed or while needed to document consent and honor unsubscribe requests. Contact emails are retained as long as needed to respond and keep a basic record of the request. Analytics and hosting logs are retained according to the hosting provider’s defaults and our operational needs.
Your rights and requests
