Depending on how you use the site, technical hosting logs and the content of emails you send us may be processed. We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal health data through this website. We do not operate a public newsletter signup form.

If you email us, we use the content of your message to respond. Keep personal health details out of routine inquiries unless they are necessary for a specific privacy request.
Affiliate links
When approved merchant tracking links are available, outbound commercial clicks may include merchant and placement identifiers for performance measurement. Those identifiers are not used to build personal health profiles.
Data retention
Contact emails are retained as long as needed to respond and keep a basic record of the request. Hosting logs are retained according to the hosting provider’s defaults and our operational needs.
